What we collect, why, and how to get it out. No dark patterns, no third-party advertising trackers.
1. What we collect
Account info (name, email, phone, city), payment metadata (we don't store card numbers — those live with our payment gateway), course progress, assignment submissions, support messages, basic device/IP data for security.
2. How we use it
To deliver the course (enrollment, progress tracking, certificates), to communicate with you (transactional emails, cohort updates per your notification preferences), to improve the platform (aggregate analytics), and to comply with Pakistani law.
3. Who we share with
Service providers we rely on: our payment gateways (Stripe, JazzCash, Easypaisa), email provider, hosting (the VPS provider), Zoom for live classes. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers.
4. Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication and to remember your preferences. Analytics use first-party events with no third-party cookies (no Google Analytics on the marketing site).
5. Your rights
You can export your data from /dashboard/profile, change your notification preferences anytime, and request account deletion by emailing privacy@growthx.academy. We delete within 30 days, except where legally required to retain (e.g. tax records).
6. Children
We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.
7. International transfers
Our servers are in Europe (Helsinki / Nuremberg). By using the platform you consent to your data being processed there.
